I love these muffins! The flavors really shine in these little guys, and at 115 calories each, I have no complaints! I love the wholesome flavors of bran and flax, and the sweetness of the raisins and molasses. Each main ingredient can really be singled out in these muffins. A delicious afternoon snack or breakfast (or in the case of tonight…dinner)!
How to make it an A+: No changes needed! (I used almond milk for my milk of choice, and topped with a little bit of butter, FYI.)
