Well here is a perfect starter to a low-key, Sunday night dinner with family or friends! I love crab pretty much every which way, so I was obviously excited to try Food Network’s Hot Crab and Corn Dip that also happens to be cheesy and covered in butter crackers! This recipe is also easy to prepare ahead of time and bake just before company arrives. Simple and delish. Enjoy!
How to make it an A+: Tastes just like the perfect filling of Baked Stuffed Shrimp–no changes needed! I think I will actually try as a shrimp stuffing in the future! Note: When recipes call for butter crackers, I always use whole-grain Ritz.
