How nice is it to have a simple bread recipe, guaranteed to make a PERFECT loaf. I’m talking perfect consistency, shape, color, and crust. This recipe makes two loaves, so one to consume right away, and another to freeze so you don’t need to go through the whole few hour song and dance next week. I really like this recipe. And I REALLY like having a Kitchenaid mixer/dough hook. I couldn’t imagine making this without, but give it a go by hand if you really want a workout. Enjoy!
How to make it an A+: It’s really a great recipe. Just needs a little jam! I would refrain from making this your go-to bread for savory dishes, but with a little sweet spread, it’s perfect!
