I love the idea of making my own nut milk, but I don’t always like the effort. For overnight recipes, I find the whole ordeal very time consuming for a milk that seems to go bad in two days. My attitude has changed, however, with this Real Simple magazine recipe for Homemade Almond Milk! With just a few minutes of hands-on time, and a milk that is available same day–in just as long as it takes to cool down! I love this recipe and will definitely make again!
