She had me at hoisin-glazed! I love a sweet and sticky addition to any dinner, so obviously had to try Daphne Oz’s Hoisin-Glazed Pork & Turkey Meatloaf. I look forward to checking out more of her recipes in my brand new book!
How to make it an A+: I think the hoisin is a little strong, and I’m not quite sure I need it in my meatloaf at all. Next time, I’ll probably swap it out and add extra ketchup and brown sugar. I might skip the ginger too!
