I love a flavorful veggie side to get my greens in. Ina Garten is usually the master at simple dishes done well, and while these Haricots Verts with Hazelnuts & Dill are tasty, they leave something to be desired. Details below…

How to make it an A+: Just sort of boring. I would add some lemon zest to this dish, or replace the hazelnuts with toasted pecans for a more complimentary combo, omitting the dill, and perhaps browning the butter. Would be best served with fish.
