This Green Herb Dip from Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa at Home is just too delicious. It’s like the most flavorful, complex, fresh spread you would order at a favorite New York bagel place. If you’re a fan of BIG flavor, whip this up and put it on a party platter with fresh veggies and crackers. THEN, the next morning, spread it on top of your favorite toasted bagel. It is a multi-purpose recipe that gets better every time. 

 

Rating: A+

 

How to make it an A+: It’s definitely already there, but you way want to skimp on the salt. I can never bring myself to add the full teaspoon. Use your judgement.
