How to make it an A+: Instead of just arugula, I topped the waffles with arugula dressed in olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkled the entire plate with freshly ground pepper and sea salt. For the herbs, I used cilantro and dill, since that’s what I had in the fridge! Enjoy!
