Alongside Chrissy Tiegen’s Cheesy Cheeseless Scrambled Eggs, I made her suggested Garlic-Roasted Bacon. This bacon is SO EASY from beginning to cleanup. Why I’m not always oven-baking my bacon is beyond me. From now on, I will. No splatter, flat, evenly-cooked pieces. It’s perfection. And now, I may ALWAYS chop up garlic and sprinkle it on top. It’s as if a slice of bacon accidentally bumped into a garlic bagel. Love, love, love!
