How to make it an A+: It’s great and flavorful, but I’m not a huge panzanella our fattoush fan. Bread and salads aren’t my thing. If they’re yours, stick with the pita, but add a creamy element. Maybe some bits of goat cheese or avocado, and add a few less sweet onion pieces.
