I can’t get enough of the Magnolia Table cookbook. It has some misses, but the hits are good enough to keep pushing through the pages! This Flatbread Pizza with Prosciutto and New Potatoes has my heart because of the flavorful gorgonzola cream sauce. Find out if there is anything I would change below!

How to make it an A+: Skip the potatoes and add some broccolini/tenderstem broccoli (I don’t remember which phrase is for the UK/US anymore!) But, whatever you do, do not skip the gorgonzola cream sauce–so good I could drink it! Just add TONS of pepper and salt to taste. Note that the recipe calls for a prepared crust. I used pizza dough and baked at a high heat about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
