Another lame title from Real Simple, but another flavorful, EASY meal, fit for the whole family. (I scoop out a portion for my toddler before adding the red pepper flakes, but everything else, gets her stamp of approval.) If you’re looking for something quick tonight, look no further.
How to make it an A+: This dish needs something creamy. The pasta and veggies in oil are nice, refreshing, and perfect for the season, but I would like to see some goat cheese, or even grated egg yolks, in the mix. (These can be in addition to the shaved parmesan.) Enjoy!
