While I don’t exactly agree with the title, this Fast Bolognese from Real Simple magazine sure is good. Allow yourself about three hours, start to finish (which doesn’t translate to a quick meal, and most likely not a weeknight one either.) What is nice, is that it makes a huge batch, perfect to nosh on all weekend or freeze for a night when time is not on your side! Enjoy!
How to make it an A+: So tasty! No changes needed, just a nice pasta and some parmesan cheese!
