
It’s been awhile since I’ve made some really great grains. I wanted something filling, but healthy, to cozy up next to my weekly salmon fillet, and this turned out to be just perfect. Alison Roman’s Farro with Toasted Fennel, Lemon, and Basil (though I used barley) was a flavorful side, fit for summer!
