
I didn’t fall in love with potatoes until I lived in England, so it’s quite fitting that this recipe is one of my favorites. Featured in Ina Garten’s new cookbook, Emily’s English Roasted Potatoes are just divine!

How to make it an A+: SO good. The perfect texture. If I want to get crazy, next time I will roast with some minced garlic! (I probably won’t add the garlic until halfway through cooking.)
