I am a sucker for hot fudge. I 100% like the hot fudge portion better than the actual ice cream in a sundae. My Mom Uptown Original Recipe for Easiest Hot Fudge has the exact taste one thinks of when reminiscing about one of life’s greatest treats. See the recipe below!

Recipe:
Serves 8
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour to cool slightly
Ingredients-
- 1 cup Nestlé Toll House Bittersweet Morsels
- 2 Tbsps Unsalted Butter
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Method-
Combine morsels and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 15 second increments, stirring in between each interval, until melted, about one minute.
Heat condensed milk in a saucepan over medium-low. Whisk in melted chocolate until smooth. Add cream and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and beginning to boil, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Transfer to a container and cool in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, heat slightly, about 10-20 seconds in the microwave until soft and desired temperature.
Enjoy!
