Oh, WOW! This Double-Crusted Jam Tart from Martha Stewart is really the over-sized, grown up Pop-Tart of your DREAMS! It’s incredible. The crust is identical, and the jam filling and icing, well, it’s BETTER! Check out this recipe and my thoughts on the jam filling below!

How to make it an A+: This tart is incredible. I found that it was slightly over-stuffed with jam, so next time I might scale back by a 1/4 cup. Enjoy!
