Crab Rangoon is probably one of my most favorite guilty pleasures. Something I very much missed in England (alongside the non-existent General Tso’s Chicken.) This recipe takes Crab Rangoon to a new, homemade, very spicy level. How to make it an A+: Everything is just too spicy and needs to be toned down if you’re looking for something reminiscent to a Crab Rangoon. I would skip the dipping sauce recipe altogether, and opt for sweet chili sauce on the side. For the filling, tone down the hot mustard and add extra cream cheese. Careful to keep that temperature nice and steady. These can cook up too fast and you’ll lose some of your filling if you turn your head away for a second! Enjoy!
