This is, without a doubt, my go-to BBQ side. Whenever I’m asked to bring a small side dish to an outdoor party, I always bring this one. This ten-year old Real Simple magazine recipe (gosh, I’m old), Corn Salad with Feta and Walnuts, is different, but not too crazy, so sure to be a hit with anyone that can handle a little jalapeño!
How to make it an A+: I sometimes double the amount of jalapeño, depending on the size of the peppers. Also, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
