Two incredibly delicious worlds collided in these Coconut Macaroon Brownies from Food & Wine magazine! They were not light on the ingredients, but still pretty quick and easy to put together! How to make it an A+: It’s really delicious, but the serving temperature is VERY delicate. Too hot, and these gluten-free brownies are mush. Too cold, and they turn to a fudge-like consistency. They really need to be justttttt right.
