I looooove this granola. I think it should be called Buttery Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola (despite the recipe’s lack of butter and many unhealthy ingredients you would find in an oatmeal cookie!) That’s right, Chocolate-covered Katie, once again, manages to make a delicious sweet treat that is not too bad for you. Double up the recipe to ensure you have granola hanging around for longer than a day–it’s just too good! Enjoy this perfect yogurt-topper, dry snack, crisp topping, or (as you’ll see soon) a topping for baked peaches!
How to make it an A+: No changes needed! (I used the maple syrup, brown rice, and vegetable oil options, FYI.)
