I hope everyone had the happiest of holidays and enjoyed lots of tasty treats! Here’s a round up of my 2021 Christmas cookies! We enjoyed them throughout the holiday, and I boxed them up for family, friends, and our delivery men! Comment with your favorite Christmas cookie below!

Candy Cane Gingerbread Men-Probably the cutest cookies on the planet from Savory Online!!
Rating:A+
How to Make it an A+: These cookies are there, but definitely wrap the dough pieces in between using. They suggest to do so, but I didn’t quite understand the urgency until I was in the thick of it!

Double-Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies with Pecans and Cherries-This Real Simple recipe ticked the chocolate box! They had some salty/sweet action and really balanced out the box.
Rating: B
How to Make it an A+: I’m not a huge fan of the double-chocolate. I think I’d prefer a plain oatmeal cookie with just chocolate chips.
Snowcap Cake Pops-This one was exciting! I’ve never made cake pops before and these from Savory Online were delish!
Rating: A
How to Make it an A+: These are great, but I struggled a bit with the weight of the cakes and dipping into the chocolate. I’d add a form of shortening to thin out the chocolate. I personally spooned and smoothed it on.

Classic Spritz Cookies-My dad requested spritz cookies so I tried out a new recipe from A Kitchen Addiction!
Rating: B+
How to Make it an A+: They were tasty, and quite addictive, but not exactly what I was hoping for. I really needed a stronger presence of almond extract!

Latke Cookies-And it was a very Savory Online Christmas! These cookies were a hit!
Rating: A+
How to Make it an A+: They’re there, but serve them as fresh as possible!!
Hope these inspire you to bake through the New Year! Enjoy!
