I always want BBQ when I’m pregnant. Probably because it is so comforting and sweet! This recipe, from Real Simple magazine, is really no exception. In just a few short hours, you have impressive, fall-off-the-bone, Chile-Roasted Pork Ribs. Although they may have been cheaper to purchase at a restaurant with Whole Foods’ prices, it was nice to be able to share them with friends in the comfort of my home and put them next to yesterday’s cornbread (see earlier post for details)!
How to make it an A+: These were awesome and cooked perfectly! I don’t think the ancho chile powder is absolutely necessary if you’re struggling to find some, basic chile powder will do. Enjoy!
