How to make it an A+: This really is delicious. It needs to be a little rounded out, though. I would complete the flavor palate by adding some dry white white with (or just before) the broth. Other than that, YUM. FYI: The paper version of this recipe only suggested 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, not two. Also, I used the sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and they were FANTASTIC.
