Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is good for the soul! This one I originally spotted in Food and Wine Magazine has just what any soup ordered–heavy cream! Check it out below.

Rating: A+

How to make it an A+: This soup is phenomenal. Only change is I would use a tad less heavy cream. Just a tad. (Note: The recipe below is doubled from the magazine version. The printed version recommended 2 cups shredded chicken–I used rotisserie–and 2 cups heavy cream with all the other ingredients halved.)
