Charred Brussels Sprouts Drizzled with Kiri Hodi is a dish I didn’t even know existed, but, boy, am I glad I know now! This Indian recipe is from one of my favorite sources, the U.K.’s Waitrose Food magazine. Try it out if your a Brussels sprouts fiend (me!) and you enjoy a little coconut and a little kick! How to make it an A+: This was really good. Maybe just drizzle with the sauce because its pretty heavy, and the brussels sprouts are pretty darn good before you even add it!
