Three things I’m a sucker for: cauliflower, cheese, and beer. So clearly this Cauliflower Cheese with Gruyère and Beer, from Waitrose Food magazine, was right up my alley. But, seriously, this time of year demands some sort of creamy cauliflower on the dinner or even Thanksgiving dinner table. This one is pretty simple to throw together, so make it your next weeknight dish. Bonus points for pairing it with a salmon fillet to cancel all the junky stuff out. Enjoy!
