Another Ottolenghi hit. This Caramelized Fennel with Goat Cheese side is just like all of his other veggie dishes, big flavor and complexity, but all while showcasing the true nature of each individual ingredient. This is sweet, salt, fresh, and creamy. A real star.
How to make it an A+: So tasty and presents beautifully. The wording for cutting the fennel is a little confusing, in my opinion. Just slice in the direction that feels obvious and don’t let his words confuse you! Enjoy!
