While my previous post featured Swedish Meatballs from an American gal, these Boller I Karry (Danish Meatballs in Curry) came straight from Meik Wiking’s book, The Little Book of Hygge. The recipe makes a BIG batch–beware–but they are pretty mild and tasty so adults and kids alike won’t mind eating these meatballs for a few days in a row! Enjoy!
