I loved this Real Simple magazine recipe for Big-Batch Black Beans! This vegetarian side magically tastes like bacon (weird, I know) and is perfect to cozy up alongside any Mexican main, or as the killer ingredient inside a cheesy quesadilla, breakfast taco, enchilada…whatever!
