Delicious Magazine featured a Red Wine Braised Beef and Vegetable Stew that I made awhile back. This recipe could be made and enjoyed night one, and then whipped up into something completely different night two! I’ve previously made the Enchiladas, but tonight, the Beef Cobbler was a hit! Try them all out!
How to make it an A+: The stew is still just too delicious, but I really was hoping the biscuit topping was mashed potatoes for a more Cottage Pie feel as I was eating it. If you don’t want to top with garlicky mashed that you bake until slightly golden, then stick with the cobbler. It really is tasty. Just add salt.
