This dish is delicious. Restaurant quality cooking, right here, from Waitrose Weekend newspaper! And not because its flavor is superior to the other dishes I post, but because it presents so beautifully! Rich flavors and ingredients–butter, wine, gorgonzola, tarragon, creme fraiche–were amazing components to infuse into the chicken and mushrooms. Everything comes together in one pot, creating the most delicious, delicate sauce to be served with egg noodles (as the recipe suggests) or a crusty peasant bread (as I opted for). To top it all off: easy cleanup. A true winner right here.
How to make it an A+: I loved this dish. Make sure to serve it in a shallow bowl to provide a generous serving of the tasty sauce!
