Breakfast for dinner–why not?! This is the third version I have tried out of Food Network’s Savory Waffles Six Ways, and I might just keep going! These Bacon and Almond Waffles combine a few of my favorite things, and turned out pretty darn tasty. Make as is, or check out my modification below!
How to make it an A+: While delicious, the almond doesn’t really pop. Instead, I would switch the whole dish up and swap jalapeño for the almonds, which will go nicely with the chile powder and bacon. Skip the thyme, and enjoy this salty, spicy, sweet treat!
