Baby Apple Banana Oat Muffins

February 19, 2020

I didn’t want to go to a playdate at a friend’s house empty-handed today, but I needed to make sure whatever I made was kid-friendly by today’s standards. That meant no nuts, and MINIMAL sugar. I was a strict no-sugar under two parent, and it was the worst when I was confronted with frosted goodies in front of my daughter’s face at every turn. So, I was so glad to find Sally’s Baking Addiction’s Baby Apple Banana Oat Muffins. I was even more glad to have them turn out pretty darn good! And, nope, they’re not just for babies and toddlers! (I actually wouldn’t serve them to my baby at all because they do have a small amount of coconut sugar. To each their own.) Make them full-sized and feel good about your next snack!

How to make it an A+: I used diced apples for my “add-in” just an FYI. Enjoy!
