How to make it an A+: It’s really tasty and flavorful. Soaking up the lemon juice dressing is really nice. But, I would still prefer wheat flour and some finely chopped almonds over straight almond flour. Also, I would have halved the amount of almond flour because it’s expensive (and I hate food waste in general) and you end up tossing a lot with this recipe! But, if you’re gluten-free, you’ll probably enjoy this breaded chicken alternative!
