I loved this Almond Brittle with Pistachios and Sesame from Real Simple magazine. Brittle in general is so nice to have hanging around to be able to break off cheeky little pieces here and there, but this one, is a great departure from your traditional peanut version! Pistachios, almonds, and sesames make a brittle that’s pleasing to the eye and to your taste buds!
How to make it an A+: I though this was amazing and a maintenance worker couldn’t believe it was not store-bought! Be aware, the sugar cooks a lot faster than the suggested cook time, so make sure to have all of your nuts measured, toasted and ready to go right into this time sensitive brittle!
