How to make it an A+: I think the key to this recipe is the food processor. Finely chopping all of the ingredients creates such a soft, tender texture to this meatloaf. It was fantastic. It also helped that I used day-old, homemade, white bread. I mean, what’s better than that? I only needed one piece, not two, by the way. Enjoy!
