This easy recipe is the grown up big sister of your basic cheese dip. Gruyere, cheddar, and lager, make Martha Stewart’s Aged-Cheddar and Beer Dip sophisticated enough to start off a dinner party, but it’s comforting nature makes it fit for Super Bowl, a fall gathering, or just any night of the week! How to make it an A+: Skip the crushed pretzels sprinkled over top (they get soggy)–in fact, skip the pretzels all together. Tortillas served alongside are a much better vessel to carry this cheesy dip!
